I had 4 interviews, all organised very messy, very late and low quality (generic) feedback, in the end they declined me because sth that I clearly stated in the first and second interview... My position was to promote their HRM System, a very beautiful and sophisticated system, thing is, they do not use it for themselves. is it because its not working? their internal processes are mostly based on outlook. i expected much more from oracle as they said they are about to tackle the world...
