Arbeitsatmosphäre
Depends somewhat on where you're stationed, but overall the team is absolutely amazing. However, sometimes it can feel like there's a lack of trust in the "average" employee, and "ground staff" has a tendency to feel underappreciated at times

There's some room for improvement here - transparency is sometimes lacking a bit
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As mentioned above, the colleagues are fabulous - very supportive, fun, smart, always happy to help and share their knowledge, always have your back... couldn't ask for a better team to be honest. It is probably one of the key reasons why the turnover rate is not as high as it could be.

For a consulting company, the working hours are very decent. "Wellness days" and the amount of PTO are somewhat of an issue, though

Project work for clients, so there are some natural restrictions on that front, but there are plenty of possibilities to contribute internally

Offices are nice (some better than others), and you get to choose your device. Would be nice if those who have a business need for it would also get a cell phone (or at least more than 29 bucks per month for their plan).

Use of public transport is encouraged (free half-fare, and sponsored first class tickets), and there have been some sustainability initiatives

Pay is okay, but social benefits could definitely be improved

There's an internal training platform, and most budget requests for external trainings will get approved. Career path is clear and pretty simple, and people get an individual review each year.
