Work-life balance
Team atmosphere
Put more focus on German-speaking Switzerland
Promote internal careers even more
Increase social benefits
Basically very good atmosphere in the team, communication between the offices could be better
The Swisscom brand could be better used
Very good work-life balance for a company in the consulting environment
Sustainability is lived by the leadership and the teams
Very good compensation if bonus is paid in full, but benefits are at the minimum
No inequality apparent
If you are lucky, there are many exciting projects and activities in the company
- The people, hands down!
- Flat hierarchies
- Opportunities to branch out into unknown territories
- Being perceived as a person, not a number
- Possibility to contribute internally
- Modern tech stack/equipment, interesting and diverse projects/clients
- Team events are always great fun
- Sometimes stuck in old-fashioned business notions
- Communication from top management could be more transparent
- Not always enough trust in employees
- Amount of PTO
- Diversity in top management is literally non-existent; there is a perceived glass ceiling
- The "Röstigraben" is real
- More transparent communication
- More trust in employees
- More (social) benefits
- More diversity in leadership
Depends somewhat on where you're stationed, but overall the team is absolutely amazing. However, sometimes it can feel like there's a lack of trust in the "average" employee, and "ground staff" has a tendency to feel underappreciated at times
There's not a lot of brand awareness
For a consulting company, the working hours are very decent. "Wellness days" and the amount of PTO are somewhat of an issue, though
There's an internal training platform, and most budget requests for external trainings will get approved. Career path is clear and pretty simple, and people get an individual review each year.
Pay is okay, but social benefits could definitely be improved
Use of public transport is encouraged (free half-fare, and sponsored first class tickets), and there have been some sustainability initiatives
As mentioned above, the colleagues are fabulous - very supportive, fun, smart, always happy to help and share their knowledge, always have your back... couldn't ask for a better team to be honest. It is probably one of the key reasons why the turnover rate is not as high as it could be.
There aren't many to begin with
Again, depends a bit on your location, but there are some great ones among them
Offices are nice (some better than others), and you get to choose your device. Would be nice if those who have a business need for it would also get a cell phone (or at least more than 29 bucks per month for their plan).
There's some room for improvement here - transparency is sometimes lacking a bit
It's getting better, but there is definitely a lot of room for improvement here
Project work for clients, so there are some natural restrictions on that front, but there are plenty of possibilities to contribute internally
Großer Teamgeist - entspannte Atmosphäre
Swisscom-Gruppe
Ich wurde nie dazu gedrängt, bis spät in die Nacht oder an den Wochenenden zu arbeiten.
Anscheinend kann man vom Berater zum Partner befördert werden: Mal sehen
Gutes Gehalt und Bonus. Keine nutzlosen Benefits
Pragmatisch
Schöne Büros. Nicht Google-schön, aber schön.
Könnte die Kommunikation zwischen den Büros verbessern
Streng gleiche Gehaltsstruktur und Chancen
Just amazing
Not very known
Good, very strickt working rules but in realty very flexible
It will be up to you but you have many opprtunites
okay
Perfect, we were a team
NA
Good, yes you start with 20 days vacation but can get compensation and very fast move to 25 days (including wellness day). In addition you can get without any problem unpaid holiday
At corporate level once a week - great. Young middle management have still to learn to better communicate
Not easy in IT but from my point of view job is done
Projects and Clients are great
learning curve zu Beginn
manchmal Führung durch Angst sollte unterbunden werden
Echte homeoffice Regelung finden
Projekte generel spannend, tolle Kunden
