Very unprofessional HR and hiring manager

I applied for a leadership position at this company, and was very disappointed at the unprofessional behaviour of the HR and hiring manager. I followed up twice regarding the status of my application, and although the HR representative assured me that the hiring manager (CEO) would get back to me shortly, I never did receive a reply, not even a rejection email!
