Even being a very sceptical person, it's really hard to say. Work at Red Hat can be very intense, but as for me, it is also an advantage. Otherwise I would be bored :)

To work at Red Hat is like to be a part of a big and friendly family. Everyone (including TOP Management) is ready to help the others with any question at any time. Moreover, Red Hat is the company with entrepreneurial and open culture. It gives you room for imagination, innovation, creativity, and freedom. If you have a good idea, the management hears you, and your idea can be implemented very fast. It feels great to be a part of this company.

Communication in the office is perfect, but even outside of the office, thanks to different communication tools, you can always rich people you need, even if they are based in other countries.

People are so devoted and work to achieve the aims of the company. The coworkers of Red Hat are the team in best understanding of it. Basically, you give your best and receive the best this company can give you. Besides, people trust you a lot! It's incredible.

Red Hat is very result-oriented, meaning that management estimates your work based on achievements, initiatives, support to others. Of course, working hours play a role in your performance, but I didn't feel that this is the main criteria of your success in the eyes of management. You aren't controlled, nobody asks you to "stamp" to note your hours at the office. This gives you even more motivation to do your utmost for the company and uncover your full potential. If during the working hours you have some other appointments (e.g. doctor), management tries to keep this slot free for you. Overall, this is a super top level of work-life balance.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
As a coworkers of Red Hat I trusted the management. If the coworkers have an opinion regarding decision-making process, their opinion is heard. If people have concerns, colleagues always explain the reasons of the decisions. In conflict situations, management supports a lot too, but honestly in my experience I did not really face any big conflict.
Interessante Aufgaben
Uhhh yes, here you, of course, need to do your part, but otherwise I am sure that everyone at Red Hat would love to share their experience and involve you in the initiatives if you feel motivated. The company is just truly open, and this is not only an "image", it is a core. You are free to create your own initiatives and implement your ideas. At Red Hat I never felt bored, on the contrary, I felt extremely involved.

As a woman, I felt empowered and supported. I felt that my opinion was always heard. As an intern, I had great and equally others salary. Cannot complain on anything here as well :)

Aware, and besides, Red Hat cooperates with many companies and organisations that directly work to help environment and society in different countries. More than that, Red Hat products allow companies to achieve better results, having minimum physical (hardware and storage) capacity, which means that companies can decrease their affect on environment as well. Of course, there is always room to become even better, but the company is quite developed here too.
