Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I really like the positive energy of the employees and the openness of the company. One can join any management meeting and you get constant updates on how it goes. The expertise in Ruby of the people working there is really impressive. I really liked the work life balance and the events that the employees did together!

People are well-educated and great at what they do which improves the work atmosphere.
Work-Life-Balance
With a flexible hourly based schedule I felt like i could work more or less depending on when I had the time and energy. Easy to take extra vacation days since there is basically no limitation.

At Renuo you have a lot of investment time which you can use to further develop your career. They also share their findings often in different kinds of presentations.

The team spirit is very high with multiple events a year including a week together once a year.
