This company has no respect for its employees. Would not advise anybody to go and work there....a definite no go!!!!!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Salary is good, but you also have to work very hard for it. Offices are lovely, wonderful colleagues
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Management team
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Doesn't matter what improvements you suggest, there's no point, because if you don't suit the Owner, it's senseless
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Atmosphere is relatively relaxed when the owner is not around. Lots of events that you are obligated to go to (you are part of a big, happy family
Image
Would definitely not advise anyone to work here. Hire & fire mentality...here today, gone tomorrow. No compassion for its employees, company has no values when it comes to their most important thing, their human capital. I'm wondering when I'll be the next one out???!!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Not much of a chance for career progression
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The people that work there are amazing & highly talented. They make it bearable to come to work
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Diverse team of all age groups
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management Team still has a long way to go. Much room for improvement. Management in this company is a big joke, cannot be taken seriously. In fact: there are a number of Snr & Jnr managers, but they cannot make decisions, only the Owner can (welcome to a family office), the rest are just puppets on a string, hence my comment....they're a joke
Arbeitsbedingungen
Beautiful offices in the heart of Schaffhausen. Probably the only plus
Kommunikation
Communication needs to improve drastically
Gehalt/Benefits
Perks are good, salary not bad for the region
Gleichberechtigung
No comment.....& this is meant ironically
Interessante Aufgaben
Diverse, very challenging, interesting & complex
