Sehr gute Work-Life-Balance, mit der Möglichkeit, remote und von überall aus zu arbeiten. Bei mir war sogar ein spezielles Arbeitsmodell mit zusätzlichen Urlaubstagen möglich. Sehr, sehr nice!
