Fast immer herrscht eine sehr positive Arbeitsatmosphäre. Die Fusionierung bringt natürlich noch immer stressige Situationen mit wo dann nicht alles super toll ist, aber das gehört dazu.

Die Kommunikation könnte noch transparenter sein aber ich erhalte meistens die nötigen Informationen, welche ich brauche um mich wohl zu fühlen.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In unserem Team wird "better togheter" gross geschrieben. Dies ist ein wundervolles Gefühl.

Besser könnte ich es nicht haben, flexible Arbeitszeiten und hybrides Arbeiten, was wünscht man sich mehr!
