What I like about the employer
Sehr menschliches und wertschätzendes Umfeld. Es wird dafür gesorgt, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Im Team gab es nie Konflikte, ein sehr harmoniebedürftiges Umfeld. Kritik ist konstruktiv und man ist beim Job sehr flexibel.

Da es eine flache Hierarchie hat und das Team eher klein ist, hat es an sich keine Aufstiegschancen.

Salary/Benefits
Einstiegsgehalt war tief, später war es jedoch ok. Jedoch kein 13. Monatslohn. Vorteil: Bei zufriedenstehender Leistung erhält man ohne selbst fragen zu müssen eine Lohnerhöhung.
Interesting tasks
Insgesamt Abwechslungsreich. Nachteil: manchmal hat man sehr viel zu tun, an anderen Tagen kaum etwas
