a real nightmare
Hat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung nicht mehr für dieses Unternehmen in Küsnacht ZH gearbeitet.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
burning through talent, no feedback culture, intransparent, controlling, firing without warning, pretending to care about people but you can't find lower payment in Switzerland. I wish I had known this but it was my first job in CH.

listen to employee feedback (not as a witch hunt, but take it on board) – maybe try to keep an HR employee for longer than 3 months

I've never been paid less for a worse place to work

that's probably the most concerning part. hire & fire as well as total discrimination. speaking up is discouraged. It's a little 'men's club' and something I have never experienced before in or outside of Switzerland.
