Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It's a young team of professionals who all have the same spirit and passion for building exciting ventures. Personally, I like the openness regarding new forms of work (e.g. remote working possibilities) and that I can structure my day around other interests.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Company is growing quite quickly and the future project outlook isn't always clear to all team members.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The company is growing quite quickly hence the communication and information exchange between teams and colleagues isn't always easy
