What I like about the employer
Swiss ansonsten ist ein guter Arbeitgeber. Jedoch bei Tech Ops besteht viel handlungsbedarf.
What I dislike about the employer
Tech Ops: man wird angelogen wo es nur geht. Seit neustem wird man sogar auf eine Art "erpresst". War früher besser... seit Corona mit dem Management nur noch schlecht

Tech Ops: wirft das gesamte Management mit kadervertrag raus

Tech Ops: wird durch falsche und überforderte Vorgesetzten kaputt gemacht

What I like about the employer
Mittlerweile nicht mehr viel. Leider
What I dislike about the employer
Gab bei uns mal den Satz " we do things right or we don't do them at all". Mittlerweile hat Swiss die Arbeits- und Führungsmoral der Deutschen übernommen. D.h. mehr Schein als Sein. Wer hierarchisch höher steht, bestimmt. Dass es intern auch anders und besser geht, hat Swiss bis und mit 2017 bewiesen.
Suggestions for improvement
Marktgerechte Löhne zahlen und nicht so gross auf den variablen Anteil abstellen. Der ist - variabel. Einkauf als wertvollen Posten stärken. Keiner der KollegInnen spricht mehr offen über das was er/ sie/ es denkt. Soweit ist es mittlerweile bei uns gekommen. Wirklich ausgesprochen traurig was man aus Swiss und den vielen tollen KollegInnem gemacht hat. Wir machen die Faust im Sack und das Management findet sich toll. Es ist zum Heulen.

Wenn der variable Anteil ausbezahlt wird dann ist es okay. Wenn...

Naja. Airline. Ich denke, man würde sich gerne ein grünes Feigenblatt vorhalten. Ist halt schwierig.

Hauptsache jung. Bereits mit 40 kann man eine Karriere abschreiben

Konstant zu hohe Arbeitslast. Vorgesetzte, die nicht priorisieren und alles nach unten abschieben. Das Fussvolk kann dann Lösungen suchen und ist selbstverständlich der/ die/ das Buhmann (oder wie auch immer das woke-technisch korrekt heissen mag). Keine sauber durchdeklinierte Compliance. Praktisch jede* kann unterzeichnen wie *er/sie/ es lustig ist. Einkauf als reines Feigenblatt.
