Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The social aspect at Web Essentials is truly special. It is great to work for a ‘for profit’ business while creating a lasting and positive impact on peoples lives. Due to Web Essentials social business model we are able to do good as a business while doing good for the people we work with and the communities we live in.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It is challenging at times to work in a developing country context. Simple tasks might require more energy than usual and (quality) resources are limited.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
It would be great to see the company steadily mature into a true enterprise, empowering us to become a leading example of socially sustainable business.
