Not constantly telling employees that they need to work better or that there is no money, or making comments about everything she has to pay as an “entrepreneur.”
Building a clear structure, making fewer spontaneous decisions, and avoiding emotional outbursts.
Providing more support to the team, even as the owner.
Paying salaries on time.
Avoiding the creation of personal rules that are not legally recognized.
Showing more respect and appreciation (sometimes the behavior is quite demeaning).
