a positive experience, with room for improvement
Arbeitsatmosphäre
depends on the team. many leaders/managers build a lot of unnecessary pressure
Kommunikation
only top down and on need to know basis. management does regular streams and answers questions, which helps in knowing the overall direction of the company, but other levels barely communicate if at all.
Work-Life-Balance
I can organize my working hours as I see fit - as long as sh!t gets done
Vorgesetztenverhalten
depends. big time.
Interessante Aufgaben
the company has a very limited range in general
Gleichberechtigung
lot of women in relevant roles. that's very good.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
a lot of people have been working on the company for ages, literally, and you find them in all kinds of roles. that's also very good.
Arbeitsbedingungen
it's ok. it's even better if you do home office.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
lot's of customer hardware is constantly lifecyled. tricky stuff.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
it's been a while since the are cutting costs down. with the added factor that many have been in the company too long and have no other place to go, works to keep the salaries down. I don't know if it is the telecomms branch or only A1, but being in IT feels a bit underpaid.
Image
fancy, I guess...
Karriere/Weiterbildung
IT is not the main focus, so it's hard to find positions to grow up to.
