great to do exciting science with direct connection to industry, very nice working environment and colleagues, involvement with university and industry, very good infrastructure, highly supportive administration which can be contacted easily and is helpful, good mixture between (senior)scientists, PhDs, technicians
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
due to dependence on funding periods and industry projects with fixed times very long job guarantees can rarely be offered, but on the other side people here do a very good job to always get new projects and job guarantees over decades you hardly find elsewhere as well

Ofcourse, as normal in science, there are always a lot of things waiting to be done but at ACIB you can very self-dependent decide how and when you do your stuff
