Homeoffice is allowed!
Fruits, snacks and much more in the kitchen (can be a life saver when you are too busy for lunch, especially the bananas ;) )

I think the vision and mission are still not completely clear and the strategies are changing too fast.

Communicate more.
Finish the work you started, before taking new workloads. Start putting out old fires, before you make new ones. These old fires will eventually lead to massive fire storms.
Distribute work more evenly instead of giving some people the whole workload and bringing them to the edge of burnout.
Uphold your promises or do not promise things you cannot fulfill.
Delegate tasks.
Stop acting like a startup company when taking on Projects. Be more organized and prepared

Usually its good, but it feels like the last few months and the many changes the company undertook are affecting the work environment.
Sometimes in a good way but sometimes in a very bad way.

The communication can be really confusing and is still problematic.

Very flexible working hours. As long as you do your work, Management does not interfere and is very accomodating!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management is very respectful to employees.
They are very knowledgeble and can help in any crisis a team is experiencing!
But the management should start delegating tasks more and actually concentrate on managing the company and not interfering in daily operational tasks)
