The growing tendency for surveillance of employees. We shall focus more on air-traffic surveillance data.

Transparency is prayed all over but communication is not transparent at all. Now transparency became a buzzword.

Good team spirit with all colleagues especially team members but sub-optimal with management. The five stars exclude the spirit with mgmt.

Everything is very flexible unless you need flexibility.

The opinions of our employees are very important to us, and we are always open to constructive feedback.
We agree that in the past not everything went well, and we recognized that we want, and need to improve. The whole new management team that was installed some months ago and also HR are aware of that, and already started lots of actions to improve the key topics. We recently had our global employee engagement survey and we are currently having several follow up workshops at each location to define action plans and projects, and a lot of improvements are on the way. There are already many HR-projects ongoing on topics that were important to our employees. We ask for your understanding that we need some time until those changes are noticeable for each employee, but I am sure that you must have recognized the willingness and efforts for improvement. It's very sad that you have not yet felt those tangible improvements as many of our employees have said they can already feel a change.
We can understand that you were not happy with some of the topics you mentioned. But regarding your statement about the surveillance of employees we want to make clear that this is not that case. If you are talking about the measures we implemented to protect us from malware: this has nothing to do with surveillance. We are currently working on that issue and our workers’ council is involved in every step to make sure it is appropriate.
The leadership team, HR team and the workers council are always open for feedback and we're looking forward to your suggestions.
