Toxic and no place to be
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
If you are lucky, you have really nice colleagues.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There appears to be no clear sense of purpose, strategy, or vision. Significant leadership shortcomings are overlooked, while micromanagement is practiced to an extent that could be considered textbook. Employees are not always treated consistently, and decisions regarding projects and personnel often seem arbitrary and lacking a coherent rationale.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Immediately reduce the number of management layers. The Director level is largely unnecessary and seems to exist mainly for career progression. End the culture of micromanagement and ensure people are engaged in meaningful work. Stop bringing in armies of external consultants while claiming to be driving efficiency. And stop saying one thing and doing another.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Toxic, no leadership, only silos
Image
Retail Discounter - thats the image
Work-Life-Balance
OK, because of working from home, but most of the time it's completely pointless and unnecessary stress
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are inhouse trainings, but rather ppor and well known, not up to date
Gehalt/Benefits
salary ok, it seems as though the company is trying to buy people's loyalty
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
hard to judge, on paper yes, in reality not much to see in terms of food waste eg.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
the best of this company is the inner circle of your colleagues.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Works ok, hard to judge, there are no older colleagues since the fluctuation is that high.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Poor leadership, frequent micromanagement, and a tendency to operate in a silo without any real vision.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Pointless meetings, pointless projects, and no discernible strategy
Kommunikation
does not take place. If there is any, its is incomplete and most of the time not precise.
Gleichberechtigung
I would say there is equal treatment, but nothing beyond what should be expected in any workplace
Interessante Aufgaben
These hardly qualify as projects. Things are simply started without any clear purpose or planning, only to be abandoned and never completed. At the same time, there's a desire to become more efficient than a discount retailer. It's a more than peculiar approach that clearly underscores the lack of direction and the headless way of operating
