Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very positive energy in all departments. You can see the people are glad to be here

For me is very impressive that Asma is the TOP producer in its trade and still act human like. Here are no tie clowns playing superhumans like in Wallstreet. The people here are just real and selfconfident and thats whats matter.
Work-Life-Balance
This is one of the best points. Management is able to flex your job or task. Worktime is felxible as well
Gehalt/Benefits
Its Waldviertel so the fees are not so high, but the company has many other advantages that fluctuation is on very very low level
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Company has ca.150 employee, In such a group i will always find someone who is rude. But anyway its very very good and positive. There is also no differences between Austrian and Czech colegues. Thats cool.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Mit Respekt und reverence
Vorgesetztenverhalten
With respect, decency and humanly
Kommunikation
Very good ! The owner and management has its door always open for you !
