Die Kommunikation ist recht einseitig. Die Vorgesetzten mögen werde Verbesserungsvorschläge noch Gegenargumente. Wer bestimmte Vorgehensweisen hinterfragt ist nicht lange im Betrieb.
Unter den Kollegen klappt es grundsätzlich gut. Jedoch möchte sich niemand für den anderen zu weit aus dem Fenster lehnen. Das ist verständlich.
Solange man nichts hinterfragt und jeden Dienstplan, der einem "auf's Auge gedrückt wird" still hinnimmt, sind alle freundlich. Auch hier: wer nicht blind zustimmt, wird unter Druck gesetzt und bei nächster Gelegenheit scheidet er aus dem Betrieb aus.
