Es gab immer wieder (1-2x pro Jahr) plötzlich E-Mails von der Geschäftsführung, wo man über Umstrukturierungen informiert wurde. Meistens ging es da indirekt um Menschen, die eingespart wurden, ohne dies offen zu nennen (man musste sich das zusammenreimen).

Mittlere Ebene war okay, obere Ebene leider unehrlich. Es wurden regelmäßig KollegInnen eingespart, obwohl die Bank mehr als genug Gewinn macht.

Der Spar- und Effizienzdruck ist ungebrochen. Man wird förmlich dazu gedrängt, Urlaub einzumelden, obwohl dies klar gegen österreichisches Recht verstößt. Der Betriebsrat wirkt bei solchen Themen weitgehend mundtot gemacht und stimmt dem teilweise sogar noch zu – mit dem Argument, Erholung sei wichtig. Dank des neuen HR Chef weht ein noch kälterer Wind..
