awful way of dealing with COVID-19

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
my rating is mainly about how they act during corona times in the design office:
- Everyone has to be in the office (20 pepople in one room) even though some could work from home
- HR sends out rude mails that you are not allowed to leave the country (go to your home country) but goes on vacation themselves
- INFECTED person comes to the office and is half a day around - no one gets the information about what happened - they think keeping quiet maked Corona go away. no one informs you that you just had a meeting with an infected person?!
- people from the german branch still have to come in, no matter if boarders are closed or not
- people don't get askey how they would like to go during these times, they just have to be here, with 20 others
- when someone goes home with suspicion of corona, contact persons don't get informed.
- cleaning lady comes in and cleans the whole place (touches everything) while waiting for test results.

good under same aged colleagues. working hours are horrible though and no support when you want to develope.

They keep quiet about everything.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
almost no older colleagues

want to be a international company but not willing to adopt in digital strategies...
