I had a disappointing experience with Blueprint Energy Solutions. The job listing did not include a salary range, and during the first interview, they asked about my salary expectations. After sharing them, they abruptly ended the interview.

Later, they reached out with a research task, which took me three full working days to complete. They stated I did a good job with the task and would inform me of the outcome within a few weeks, but I never received any follow-up.

This lack of communication and professionalism made me feel like my time and effort were being taken advantage of.

I would advise future applicants to be cautious.
