Poor feedback culture, poor leadership & high pressure on employees - Very bad work environment for your mental health

Addition: It is very noticeable that a good rating follows every time as soon as a bad rating is online + This rating and some statements of mine were questioned several times by BRUNA. My suggestion would be to put the energy that is put into kununu to avoid negative reviews into the well-being of the employees

non-existent: They take 'Flexible working hours’ literal and even tough overtime is being tracked, the contract includes a certain amount of overtime as included in the monthly tracking - Slack messages after 8pm are not a rarity

I would say this was the only good thing about working at BRUNA: The colleagues were helpful and supported each other

The communication from managers was very unprofessional and made many colleagues (including me) feel uncomfortable

Positive feedback is a rarity and negative topics are regularly highlighted
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary is average for the industry but definitely not appropriate for the workload you are expected to cover
