Das Team ist fantastisch, ich fühle mich sehr wohl und unterstützt. Durch die asynchrone Arbeit kann ich flexibel arbeiten, und trotzdem ist das Team immer da, wenn man es braucht. Alles läuft reibungslos, und ich habe hier meinen absoluten Traumjob. :) Kann jeder Person BRUNA von Herzen empfehlen!

Das öffentliche und online vermittelte Image von BRUNA stimmt aus meiner Sicht sehr gut mit der tatsächlichen Unternehmenskultur überein. Die positiven Eindrücke, die man vorab gewinnt, bestätigen sich auch im Arbeitsalltag.

Die Work-Life-Balance ist für mich einer der größten Pluspunkte. Durch die Möglichkeit im Homeoffice zu arbeiten habe ich deutlich mehr Flexibilität und kann Privatleben und Beruf besser miteinander vereinbaren. Außerdem kann ich meinen Hund bei mir haben und mich oft sogar besser konzentrieren als im Büro.

You will work hard and sometimes push your limits, but you will also have the chance to explore so many new things in a dynamic, fast-paced environment filled with growth and many possibilities. For me personally that is a huge plus and something that makes the job extremely exciting.

Honestly, this is one of my favorite places I've worked at. I love the brand and the product, which inspires and motivates daily. What is very important for me, I absolutely adore the team - they are very strong professionals, and it is such a good match personality-wise. It's fun and exciting working together every day, and even that everybody works remotely, the feeling of belonging is there. Also, the management is very kind and supportive when it comes to personal reasons and requests.

I cannot mention something in particular - everyone in the company is driven by a constant desire to improve, and it comes with time. Open communication and feedback are key. Being with the company for a while, I can see strong progress in many areas.

Addition: It is very noticeable that a good rating follows every time as soon as a bad rating is online + This rating and some statements of mine were questioned several times by BRUNA. My suggestion would be to put the energy that is put into kununu to avoid negative reviews into the well-being of the employees

non-existent: They take 'Flexible working hours’ literal and even tough overtime is being tracked, the contract includes a certain amount of overtime as included in the monthly tracking - Slack messages after 8pm are not a rarity
