great team, young and friendly company. Their internship programme was intense, but my best working experience so far...
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- you get to get real working experience and are not treated as an intern. You have quite the same responsabilities as a older employee
- we did 3 team events when I was there and they were a blast (could be even more)
- the team was very international and young. You get to make friends easily
- they organised challenges and games to make the work more fun (like free lunches)
Verbesserungsvorschläge
On the work:
- The onboarding was quite extensive and sometimes too much information was given. I told them my feedback at the end, and they were thankful and want to adapt it for the future interns
On the office:
- offer more diverse drinks in the company fridge (not only beer, energy drinks and sweet soft drinks)
- really central location, but the area in general is quite expensive (shops, restaurants)

they have a very friendly atmosphere, but they also have goals and expect something from their interns
Kollegenzusammenhalt
the team was totally helpful and that really made a change. I enjoyed going to work because I had a good time with my small team
