They try to manipulate employees and cheat in several situations. This is not a sustainable working experience. It leads to a hostile and discriminatory work environment and of course to a high turnover of employees.

Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere is the result of a founder (and a management team behind) who manipulates his employees in order to make them work beyond the hours of their contract without remuneration, and additionally shows very little transparency in many aspects such as personal management, company benefits, contract topics, etc.
Kommunikation
A company operating with the grounds mentioned above causes many taboos and misunderstandings within the whole team and this leads to many conflicts.
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary is not aligned with the amount of hours, stress and little personal life that I had left while working at this company.
Interessante Aufgaben
As in any company with ambitions and desire to grow, interesting tasks often come up.
