What I like about the employer
Benefits sind gut, werden auch erweitert.
Nach extrem häufigen Geschäftsführerwechseln ist der momentane Geschäftsführer auf einem guten Weg und wird auch noch mind. 2 Jahre bleiben.
What I dislike about the employer
Abteilungen arbeiten viel für sich, die Zusammenarbeit funktioniert aber in den meisten Fällen gut.
Suggestions for improvement
Der Führungskreis sollte noch mehr als Team arbeiten.

Die Arbeitsathomspähre ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, es ist noch sehr davon abhängig, in welcher Abteilung man ist.

What I like about the employer
Die Kollegen (in meiner Abteilung) waren alles sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
What I dislike about the employer
Leider haben sich mehrere Teams gebildet / verschiedene Abteilungen und diese Zusammenarbeit war sehr mühselig. Keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich und man arbeitet schon fast gegeneinander.

die Kollegen unter sich da passt alles, und dann kommen ein paar die denken weil Sie eine höhere Position haben dürfen sich alles erlauben

ist super, man bekommt immer Urlaub wenn man ihn braucht, Arbeitszeiten sind Ok alles in allem ist die Work-Life-Balence in diesem Unternehmen sehr gut.
