Quite stressful close to deadlines, but managers have an eye on working hours.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Mainly Trainings on products and some on leadership offered, many of them via an internal learning platform. Not many opportunities for promotions at the small Austrian organization, but plenty of them for an international career.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Colleagues are nice and helpful, sometimes a little bit too nice. Direct feedback would help the whole team to improve the collaboration and spirit.

I haven't observed any issues with this topic.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Same as said for the colleagues.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Great view all over Vienna from 45th floor, quality hardware. IT systems are not state of the art anymore, and ventilation /air conditioning is a little bit poor.

Kommunikation

Great communication during CoVid times so far. However, like in all organizations I know, there is space for improvements - things are improving steadyly.

Gehalt/Benefits

Ask anybody about his/her salary and most of them would say they deserve more. I think it is fair.

Gleichberechtigung

Only two out of seven people managers are female, but a variety of different nationalities. That could improve.

Interessante Aufgaben

There are a lot of opportunities in every area for improvements. So it is up to each individual to take the chance. Focus on CEE markets which I like very much.
