While the company is an international company with valid values, the Vienna leadership tends to be 'old school'. Diversity is talked about but not actively fostered. Sexism is very present.

Nothing really. I miss a shower in the office so I do some sports and return back to the office.
Everything is going very well, if I had to find something, more regular get together outside the office, off-sites or team building events but COVID made that more complicated.
Motivating and challenging environment. If you want to grow as a person and technically, it’s awesome. If you want a chilled IT job it is not for you. We are doing deep data science and engineering work at this place.
It’s getting much better as the company is being recognized as a key player in the AI/ML consulting space in Europe.
Sometimes projects get intense but overall manageable.
Courses on several topics in the IT space and certificates are offered, like AWS solution architect.
Above average salary I would say.
I have never seen a more talented and nice team of colleagues from several background. Very high PhD ratio.
