Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The only good thing about Cybermoth is the illusion of working in an "IT startup".
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Owners/management are primarily busy tyrannizing employees with outrageous and borderline illegal directives/policy. IT competence is hard to be found. It is unclear how this company is making money. From everything employees could see, money is primarily spent on office rent and private expenses of owners/management. Salaries are either not paid at all, only paid at the very start of employment/contract or only paid in part. Eventually, everybody except owners and their family (also supposeldy "working" for this company) run for their lives, to avoid permanently damaged reputation and/or personal bankruptcy.
