Really cool company to work for. Very young outlook with a busy but conducive atmosphere. Going to work is fun again!

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Onboarding was great, well organised and nice working environment
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
tear down walls between disciplines, encourage people to talk more and message less, let people cross train and understand implication of the work of others
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Try to think about a more enabling structure with less rigid walls between disciplines
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Great collaboration and support for a newbie
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Good working environment and atmosphere
Vorgesetztenverhalten
open, honest and approachable, but some power-distance apparent
Interessante Aufgaben
Learning new stuff all the time
