Mehr Mitarbeiter einstellen in allen Bereichen, Gehalt erhöhen, mehr Benefits für die Arbeiter einführen, so bleiben sie auch länger im Betrieb und wenn man sich zu gewissen Sachen äussert, auch die Person ernst nehmen und was dagegen machen

war meistens schlecht, durch Launen von gewissen paar Mitarbeiterinnen

Verbesserungsvorschlag? Aus menschlicher Sicht schließen.
Aus behördlicher Sicht dagegen vorgehen.
Als Kunde, diese Firma vermeiden.

Gibt es nicht, dein Auto und deine Schuhe sind der Arbeitsplatz.
Die Halle in der man Pakete sortiert ust im Sommer extrem heiß, im Winter extrem kalt (vorallem weil jedes Tor für jedes Auto offen sein muss zum beladen, anstatt das auto im Innenbereich abzustellen, diese 5m mehr Blech sind dem Arbeitgeber seine Geldeintreiber nicht wert.

Gehalt kommt einmal im Monat, mal am Anfang, mal am Ende des Monats. Wenn du Fixkosten hast eher nicht zu empfehlen.
Mal fehlen ein paar hunderter weil dein Auto was hatte oder du ein Paket nicht pünktlich zugestellt hast

Du fährst jeden tag zu denselben leuten/firmen, jeden Tag zwangsweise überladen weil es die Firma so will. Strafe musst natürlich selbst bezahlen.

Top unter den Fahrern, zu den anderen ein no go! Selbst körperliche Angruffe kommen vor!

Mit dir als Fahrer wird nicht mal gesprochen, außer du kommst mit ner Winterjacke bei -15Grad im Jänner in die Halle, dann bekommst du ne Penalstrafe weil die billige Arbeitskleidung nicht trägst! (Winterjacken haben die nicht)

Scanner is top, rest ist menschenrechtlich nicht mal an der Unterkante

Gibt es nicht! Als Fahre als auch als Frächter wirst du nur ausgenommen und die wollen mit dir nix zu tun haben!

Auf gewissen Routen wo 80% Firmen sind ok, dank amazon, temu, ali etc. Jedoch völlig uninteressant

Die Aufgaben und das man Teil eines großen Unternehmen ist. Man kann aktiv helfen und in meinen Fall Systeme verbessern bzw. Prozesse

Mehr Gehalt und Arbeit aufteilen. Lange Angestellte nicht Schlecht behandeln, da sonst das Wissen verloren geht.
