The saddest moment was when marketing seriously suggested buying fake positive ratings in the app stores (as far as I see, they did not do it yet though). As a software developer, from that moment I new I would leave.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Be user centric. Focus on the most important topics, one at a time. Don't promise features you can not deliver to customers. Spend time for team building. Implement regular staff meetings to keep everyone involved in what is going on. Be transparent about the state of the business. Invest time and money in training for software team. If you are serious about the business, get an investor on board and start over with an according team size and business plan.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In software development, tackling way too much features (demanded by the management) simultaneously without any planning at all is just a nightmare. The app is rated very bad in the app stores and the users are completely right!

No open and transparent communication, talking behind the back, no staff meetings etc.

Management is hardly available. I did not feel respected by the way of communication. I was too experienced (both with software architecture and soft skills) for the position which turned out to be more operative.
Interessante Aufgaben
The business (e mobility) and the innovative hardware have so much potential but the existing software architecture is not working and there are no plans to tackle the root causes.
