people are getting fired for absolutely no reason, they are even getting fired if they have valid input if it does not fit in the investors view of the world
Work-Life-Balance
45 hours plus is requested, but even if you put 50 or more over years there is a good chance you will just be fired even if everything you did works out, no home office possible, people are even getting fired for requesting vacation or home office
Karriere/Weiterbildung
there is non, you can do whatever you want but you can only get (or actually directly start there) to the top if you already have been working with the CEO before even if you have no qualification whatsoever
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
it was good at the beginning but as financial pressure kicks in every environmental efforts are not important any more
Vorgesetztenverhalten
people are getting fired because the 13 year old child of the CEO does not like your work, CEO is hiring old friends of him who have absolutely no clue what they are doing
Kommunikation
communication is done very late and often things are communicated that are just not true
Gleichberechtigung
only if you are a old friend of the CEO you have a good life and can do whatever you want, everyone else is seen as an enemy by the CEO
