Everybody is a “head of department” even if this is their first job in their life. Cocky behavior is fully accepted towards each other.

I don’t even know with what to begin with… the owner is living in a fairytale and only caring about his toy. He is involved in too much technical thing and processes with his wife, which makes it 100 times worser for everybody. No transparency, no clear communication, you are just a number there, even though you have a knowledge and 10+ years experience. You can not have a word and an opinion or a suggestion, they will not care. When the owner wants something, that will happen, no matter what.
