Die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist distanziert und wenig verbindend. Durch den hohen HO Anteil auch auf Führungsebene fehlt der persönliche Austausch. Gleichzeitig entsteht nicht der Eindruck, dass besondere Leistungen sichtbar gemacht oder anerkannt werden. Wertschätzung im Alltag ist kaum spürbar.
