Arbeitsatmosphäre
It is a job with impact, the team is very empathetic and the community is very friendly.

The team is excited and spreads the word.
Work-Life-Balance
Very often the community events are on evenings and weekends.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
At some point, the growth opportunities may be limited.
Gehalt/Benefits
The benefits and salary growth seemed always very limited to me. On the other hand, the company has a not-for-profit status, so it is sort of expected.

Very impact-oriented. You will make a difference in this company.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team sticks together.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Inspiring.

The equipment is good enough.
