No praise but lots of complaints with every little problem.

I don't even think they know what Work-Life-Balance is supposed to be.

Very unprofessional.
Lots of emotionally unstable "bosses" no real "leaders" anywhere.
They make you feel it when they're having a bad day.

Nobody wants to work there and some employees play "hide and seek" to avoid the customer.

Big Pay Gap, Sexism everywhere, Women are not taken very seriously.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Most of the younger employees are making fun of the older ones and vice versa.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Computers very old. Phones very old. Everything very old.
Air conditioning is very random, light is flickering like crazy and the Music they're playing is the absolute worst.

Everyone is talking very, very bad about the company but only if there's no manager around.
Most of the people don't have much of a choice so they'll take anything there is.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There were some courses, but all of them were useless.
At least try to get someone to give a course who is motivated and not completely dead inside.
