I personally don’t have a direct contact with the general manager.But whenever he is around he seems nice and says “Danke!” for every food served.

I would say the kitchen manager isn’t right for the position. He has a very poor management quality. During rush hours,instead of helping the kitchen he always shouts and be rude.

The kitchen manager seems to be very rude and at the same time one-sided.He doesn’t want to listen to anyone’s opinion and at the same time is a fault finder. I believe this will make employees lose interest and leave the job.

To be honest I don’t see any…one time I tried to help a colleague who works on my side with closing and I was told that u don’t have to do this…I was shocked
Plus the people in the kitchen are related to one another which I don’t see as appropriate
