The management at all levels, including the owner, HR manager, and kitchen manager, consistently supported me throughout my studies, especially by offering great flexibility with working hours, for which I'm very grateful.
The kitchen team was multicultural, incredibly supportive, and highly cooperative, where colleagues always helped one another and no one felt overwhelmed. I also had the opportunity to work with excellent chefs who constantly introduced new recipes and ideas, from which I have learned so much. The salary was fair and rewarding, and the work was truly enjoyable.
