Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Very good in house equipment

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Cronyism and a lack of future prospects. Everything depends on personal connections that bring no benefit to the company.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

The company would benefit from moving away from a conservative, status-quo mindset and making better use of the resources already available. Many departments and storage areas are filled with equipment that sits unused, representing untapped value and unnecessary costs. More importantly, leadership should focus on adapting to current realities and future opportunities rather than assuming that conditions will eventually return to how they were in the past.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The culture is highly toxic, with individuals primarily focused on advancing their own interests, often at the expense of colleagues, teams, and even entire departments. Hiring decisions appear driven more by meeting quotas than by addressing genuine business needs or solving real problems. New ideas and initiatives tend to gain support only when they directly benefit the individuals responsible for them, rather than the organization as a whole.

Leadership is extremely risk-averse, preferring to wait for market conditions to improve rather than proactively adapt, innovate, or explore new opportunities. As a result, the company struggles to evolve and respond effectively to changing business realities.

Image

Not good.

Work-Life-Balance

Okay

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Significant amounts of money appear to be spent inefficiently on equipment, seemingly as a result of historically abundant budgets rather than current needs or careful planning.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Officially, there are two career paths: becoming a department manager or pursuing a technical specialist role. In practice, however, department managers appear to enjoy significantly greater job security and influence, while technical professionals are often viewed as more expendable and are more likely to be affected by restructuring or layoffs.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

There is a sense of connection among people, but it is accompanied by a strong undercurrent of uncertainty and fear about the future.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The situation is very poor. Some managers, who began their careers as students within the company and have no external experience, appear to focus primarily on expanding their own departments in order to increase headcount and, by extension, their salaries. This is often done without a broader strategic perspective or consideration of long-term direction.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Very new and good

Kommunikation

The organization often presents itself very differently from how it actually operates. There is a significant gap between what is communicated and what employees experience in practice. Rather than addressing underlying problems and challenges, the focus appears to be on maintaining the appearance of stability and consistency.

Communication frequently feels more like a public relations exercise than a genuine effort to engage with employees transparently. At the same time, departments are restructured and people are pushed out in ways that can feel abrupt, poorly handled, and lacking in respect for those affected.

Gehalt/Benefits

Very high salaries.

Interessante Aufgaben

Some projects are genuinely interesting and engaging. However, due to internal dynamics and a lack of proper support, many of the people involved eventually leave, resulting in a gradual loss of expertise and experience within the departments.
