Lately frustration is prevailing as no vision is communicated and current challenges are not discussed with the entire team.
Kommunikation
Communication of internal changes and new implementations was mostly intransparent. Top down and bottom up communication is difficult, as it is often not clear which processes to follow or sometimes easy tasks are overly governed by time costly processes.

Colleagues are all respectful and professional. All try to be supportive where they can and it was always a great pleasure to go to work.

Working hours are correct and flexible, one is free to time manage onself.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
One of the managers tries to concentrate all decision power in his role among departments (even of those that do not belong in his area of responsibility). This often leads to delays and frustration as people would like to act in time, but need to wait sometimes weeks until they get a go or a no. The others are very sensitive and professional, however should also think about handing over some responsibilities to middle management.

We are working in a cutting edge technology sector, however the projects we land not always match with the possibilities and potential of the technology, which means that we rarely hit the limits of the possible.

The offices are clean and well located in terms of accessibiltiy .

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is below the industry norm and even low compared ot start up wages. It is not communicated transparently on which criteria people get paid and in how far they can expect a raise. The whole company had to sign that no salary increases are to be expected until 2024.

The brand communication is not clear, nobody knows for what we stand and where we want to go. at least concerning middle management and lower positions.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Currently you can't count on career in this company, because there is no growth planned and the middle and upper management is rock solid in their positions. There is supposed to be budget for further education, but who gets it and how much of it is intransparent.
