Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The people working there are amazing, there is a culture of positive reinforcement and feedback which I really cherish. Also I did learn a lot because of the responsibilities I got to have really quickly.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Communication is really chaotic, a lot of stuff went wrong in terms of communicating important changes on time.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Offer more longterm jobs and less internships with bad payment and associates with no payment at all. Hiring a ton of interns for exactly half a year as cheap employees seems like the cheap, exploitative trick that it is. This is not how you gain trust and dedication.

Dear ex-inoqie,

Thank you for this feedback. As you know, one of our values is "Embracing feedback", thus we want to use such feedback as a space for improvement and growth.

To your corrective feedback - as an early-stage startup that is still building its product and trying to prove its sustainable business model, our resources are extremely limited. So our decisions are always a delicate act of balance. The magnitude of the challenges we are facing is substantial and timely-demanding. We wouldn't be able to come so far without many highly dedicated and motivated interns. Alongside the commercial progress we make, we also improve the conditions for our team members as we get validation on the market. That was already the case once this year when we raised the salary levels (also for interns) and we hope to do it soon again.

It goes without saying that we are thankful to our interns who are taking over a lot of responsibilities very quickly. Moreover, we are happy that we are able to offer to, on average, ~60% of our interns, a permanent employment afterward. That also saves us lots of recruiting effort and cost. Sadly, that is not always a possibility. We still hope that those interns carry a great memory and beneficial experience for their careers.
