The people working there are amazing, there is a culture of positive reinforcement and feedback which I really cherish. Also I did learn a lot because of the responsibilities I got to have really quickly.
Communication is really chaotic, a lot of stuff went wrong in terms of communicating important changes on time.
Offer more longterm jobs and less internships with bad payment and associates with no payment at all. Hiring a ton of interns for exactly half a year as cheap employees seems like the cheap, exploitative trick that it is. This is not how you gain trust and dedication.

Thank you for this feedback. As you know, one of our values is "Embracing feedback", thus we want to use such feedback as a space for improvement and growth.
To your corrective feedback - as an early-stage startup that is still building its product and trying to prove its sustainable business model, our resources are extremely limited. So our decisions are always a delicate act of balance. The magnitude of the challenges we are facing is substantial and timely-demanding. We wouldn't be able to come so far without many highly dedicated and motivated interns. Alongside the commercial progress we make, we also improve the conditions for our team members as we get validation on the market. That was already the case once this year when we raised the salary levels (also for interns) and we hope to do it soon again.
It goes without saying that we are thankful to our interns who are taking over a lot of responsibilities very quickly. Moreover, we are happy that we are able to offer to, on average, ~60% of our interns, a permanent employment afterward. That also saves us lots of recruiting effort and cost. Sadly, that is not always a possibility. We still hope that those interns carry a great memory and beneficial experience for their careers.

Arbeitszeiten sind (außer bei fixen Meetings) frei wählbar. +Homeoffice
Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist das nicht eher niedrige Gehalt, die super Arbeitsbedingungen sind das aber für mich persönlich wert.

The atmosphere at the office is very relaxed. Nonetheless inoqo puts a focus on a lived feedback culture, so all teammates can evaluate their work better
career progression framework is yet to be set up
Eco-conciousness is integrated, e.g. in work events like barbecues etc.
There's a lot of cohesion between the colleagues, the team spirit is build up with afterwork events etc.
Staff is rather young, nonetheless even younger colleagues are taken serious
very flat hierarchies, which allows for very direction feedback from the team leads and more insights on how the company does and works from within
As inoqo is still growing, they are not providing computers at the moment.
The amenities at the office are nice nonetheless
Inclusivity and diversity is lived at inoqo, the workforce is fairly diverse

Flexible Arbeitszeiten, Remote Working, das tolle Team, die Mission & Vision der Firma
Die Möglichkeit, die Arbeitszeiten sehr flexibel einzuteilen, ist in Hinblick auf Work-Life-Balance wirklich super.
Die Kommunikation zwischen den Teams funktioniert gut, aber weil sich in der derzeitigen Phase der Firma immer viel verändert und weiterentwickelt, ist es manchmal schwierig, alle Veränderungen mitzubekommen, die einen persönlich auf eine gewisse Weise betreffen.
Im Vergleich mit der Verantwortung, die ich im Unternehmen übernehme, ist das Gehalt niedrig. Für ein Praktikum ist es in Ordnung, aber basierend auf der Verantwortung wäre eine bessere Bezahlung angebracht.

Obwohl die Stelle anfangs mit Bezahlung ausgeschrieben war, bekam ich doch nur ein unbezahltes Volontariat (herausgefunden beim Job Interview)
Habe selbst nur mit jüngeren Menschen zusammengearbeitet, daher kann ich hier leider schlecht bewerten

They are very flexible, friendly and the tasks are always varied!
Nothing bad - as I said - sometimes things could be a bit disorganized or chaotic but that is typical for a young start up company. They are working on this.

- nearly no hierarchy - team-structured- every person has a lot of responsibility and is given a lot of trust which feels great and fosters greater progress
-the CEO and founding team are very transparent with all data about company
- cannot say anything bad, only that perhaps this may not be for people who are used to classical hierarchically structured work setting and those who cannot work independently
