Sometimes a bit chaotic, especially as the company is growing we have to find new ways to make sure everybody is well informed but we're figuring it out.

Excellent! Everybody is always open and eager to help, assist and educate. We regularly go offsite for workshops with the entire team, which really strengthens the bond between people.
