Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage product development projects including planning, reporting, and documentation
• Align and coordinate project requirements in a world-wide distributed team (EU, US, APAC)
• Lead product development teams, being in charge of the clear presentation of the targets, distribution of work packages and of the team motivation and focus
• Organize the team and meeting structure to ensure a fluent and constructive communication between team members and with the project stakeholders
• Manage the project risks and lead the team in problem solving situations
• Apply your solid functional knowledge to moderate the discussions of technical experts to make the best decisions for the project
• Be responsible of the project success and the tracking of the targets

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A university degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics or a similar field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the field of semiconductors
• Solid knowledge about semiconductor devices and power switches (device physics of silicon, and SiC devices)
• Experience as project manager for R&D projects (including at least one project driven from project start to project closure) is a plus
• A formal Project Management certification (ideally IPMA Level C) or training is a plus
• Good and structured presentation and documentation skills
• Knowledge of power switches technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English, German skills or the willingness to learn as a plus
