Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Event Management: Learn how to manage a training event in an international corporate environment
• Training Operations: Coordinate, track, and manage training activities using our Learning Management System; Handle local and global training requests
• Training Logistics: Support training registration, hotel booking, training rooms, billing information, and other logistics
• Stakeholder communication: Manage inquiries from vendors, participants, program managers, and trainers globally; Ensure cooperation with external suppliers

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are a team player with a proactive personality and good organizational skills. You are a great communicator and have a strong customer orientation

• Education: Degree in Languages, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar fields
• Tools & Systems: Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook); SuccessFactors and SAP knowledge are a plus
• Working Style: Structured, self-driven, with high-quality standards
• Experience: Events organization, learning management, or customer service experience is a plus
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus
